We deliver by Yamato Transport in Japan and by Japan Post EMS and DHL for overseas shipments.
If you wish to specify a delivery date and time, please indicate it in the "Add a note to order" section when you place your order.
For items in stock, we will process shipment the next day if no delivery date is specified. The minimum delivery time after shipment is 1-2 days.
You can choose the date of delivery from 2 days after the order date for Honshu and Shikoku, and from 3 days after the order date for Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Okinawa.
We do not accept delivery date specification for remote islands, as it may take longer than that.
As a guide to delivery times, you can choose from the following options
Standard shipping charge (800 yen flat rate, free shipping over 10,000 yen total)
※Shipping to Hokkaido and Okinawa is 1,600 yen. Delivery to remote islands will not be accepted due to the fee system.
We will deliver by DHL or EMS. Shipping costs vary depending on weight and shipping area. For details regarding shipping charges, please check the amount displayed on the payment screen.
Additionally, the customer is responsible for paying any customs duties due to overseas shipping.
Consumption tax rate : 10
Consumption tax calculation order: Consumption tax is calculated for each item.
Fraction of consumption tax less than 1 yen : Rounded down
Please be assured that the automatic tax calculation in the "shopping cart" is calculated for each item individually.
Please check the confirmation screen at the end of your purchase to be sure.
For orders from overseas, the amount may be slightly higher or lower due to exchange rates.
For returns or exchanges, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product.
Although every effort is made to inspect, pack, and deliver, in the unlikely event that an item is damaged or differs from the ordered item (wrong item, wrong quantity), please contact us within 10 days after delivery. We will immediately return or exchange the item(s). (In this case, we will bear the shipping costs.)
However, the following items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Products that have been used once by the customer
・If more than 10 days have passed since the product arrived
・Products damaged or soiled by the customer
・For orders from overseas
If you have read the above and wish to return an item, please package the item so that it is not damaged and send it to the return address below.
